Woke up to this lovely snowy wonderland.
Enjoy this photo of Central Park and even if you don’t live close by, use your imagination and meditate for a few minutes (5), focusing on this image. You’ll find your heart beat slowing down and calmness pervading you’re body. Just think of the health benefits of doing this exercise, not to mention the smile 🙂 it will put on your face.
No worries if you can’t meditate, then just enjoy nature’s wondrous beauty.
