It’s been a trying weekend here on the eastern-seaboard. Mother nature is wagging her finger at us!
Many are weary from shoveling snow and generally just navigating the streets, and even getting around on the public transportation system is a chore.
QUICK RELEASING STRESS EXERCISE:
The image below says is all:
Take a few deep breaths and release all the tension and stress – count down from 10 to 1.
Say: I Choose to release all the stress, and any negative thoughts concerning the week ahead. You may have to repeat this a few times…..the number of times is up to you.
The second part of this exercise:
Now that you have released your anxieties and negative preconceived thoughts of the week ahead.
Take a few deep breaths: Count down 10 to 1
Focus on the Quote in the image below:
Say the Phrase beginning with “I Choose to not be pushed around by my problems; but be led by being inspired from within!” Over and over again 5-6 times……the number of times you choose to say the MANTRA is up to you.
