THREE things you need to do to have a good meditation experience.
1. Your attention.
2. Something to focus on: a word, mantra, candle flame, or your body for that matter.
3. Willingness to stick with the practices even if it doesn’t match up with your expectations.
Meditation only works if YOU DO IT.
